Terms of service

CapeCodes sells redeemable Minecraft cape codes. We are an independent store and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Minecraft or Microsoft.

Each product is a digital redemption code for a cosmetic cape. You are buying the code itself, not an account, an in-game item transfer, or any ongoing service. Codes are single-use unless the product page says otherwise.

Codes are delivered by email to the address you enter at checkout as soon as payment is confirmed. Crypto payments are delivered after the required network confirmations. If nothing arrives, check your spam folder and then contact us — we can resend to the same order email.

• Enter a correct email address; we cannot recover codes sent to a typo.
• Keep your code private. Anyone who has it can redeem it.
• Do not resell, mass-scrape, or automate purchases without our written permission.
• Do not attempt to charge back a delivered and redeemed code.

Stock levels are synced with our supplier and can change while you browse. Prices are in US dollars and may change at any time before an order is placed. If an item sells out after payment but before delivery, we refund in full.

Digital codes are non-refundable once delivered. Exceptions and the full process are described in our refund policy.

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. We are not responsible for account bans, platform changes, or Mojang's decisions regarding cosmetic items.
