Refund policy

Cape codes are digital goods, so the rules are simple: if the code works, the sale is final — if it doesn't, we fix it.

We refund or replace when

  • Your payment went through but no code was delivered.
  • The code you received is invalid, already used, or rejected by Minecraft.
  • The item sold out after payment and we cannot fulfil the order.
  • You were charged twice for the same order.

In these cases we first try to send a working replacement code. If we can't, you get a full refund to the original payment method.

We cannot refund when

  • The code has already been redeemed successfully.
  • You changed your mind after delivery.
  • You bought the wrong cape but the code is valid and unused after redemption.
  • You entered a wrong email and the code was redeemed by someone else.

Crypto payments

Crypto refunds are sent back to a wallet address you provide, in the same currency you paid with. Network fees and exchange-rate movement between payment and refund are not covered.

How to request a refund

  1. Email us from the address you ordered with, or use the contact form.
  2. Include the cape name and roughly when you ordered.
  3. Describe what went wrong — screenshots of the redemption error help a lot.

We respond to refund requests within 24 hours and process approved refunds within 5 business days. Start here: contact support.

Chargebacks

Please talk to us before opening a dispute — almost every issue is solved the same day. Chargebacks filed on delivered and redeemed codes are contested with delivery evidence.
