Privacy policy

• Order data — the email address you enter at checkout, the products ordered, and the payment status reported back to us.
• Support messages — the name, email and message you send through the contact form.
• Basic usage data — anonymous page views used to see which pages are popular. No advertising profiles are built.

We never see or store your card number, wallet keys, or PayPal login. Payments are handled entirely by our payment partners. We do not ask for your Minecraft account password, and skin previews only use public profile data.

To deliver your code, to answer support requests, to prevent fraud and abuse, and to keep basic sales records as required by law.

Only the processors we need to run the store: our payment and fulfilment provider, our email delivery provider, and our hosting/database provider. We do not sell personal data to anyone.

Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting and dispute handling. Support messages are deleted once the conversation is resolved and no longer needed.

You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email support@capecodes.net from the address you ordered with and we'll handle it.

We use only the cookies needed to keep the site working and to keep staff sessions signed in. No third-party advertising cookies are set.
